• ​Emotional intelligence skills are critical for building relationships and teams, resolving conflict, solving problems, leading effectively and building resilience. The EQ-i 2.0 provides a detailed assessment of where you may be potentially overusing or underusing elements of emotional intelligence.  You will receive a comprehensive report describing how your EQ competencies work together for effectiveness. It also provides suggested strategies for bringing your EQ competencies into balance for greater effectiveness.   Each assessment must be debriefed individually.  

Navigating Differences: Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI):

• ​The Intercultural Development Inventory assesses intercultural competence - the ability to shift cultural perspectives and appropriately adapt behavior to cultural differences and commonalities. Each assessment much be debriefed individually.
